For lunch a light snack from the takeaway around the corner would be perfect. No problem at work in the city, but when working from home? The offer in my area is relatively modest. Hey but why not just make a quick <em>Piadina<\/em> for lunch! For once something else than OCI, DB Security or other database stuff. Not sure what a Piadina is?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Piadina<\/strong> or <strong>Piada<\/strong> is a thin Italian flatbread, typically prepared in the Romagna historical region (Forl\u00ec, Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini). It is usually made with white flour, lard or olive oil, salt and water.<\/p><cite>Wikipedia. 2020. \u201cPiadina.\u201d Last modified 23. October 2020. https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Piadina<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The dough<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, I can not fall back on an old family recipe. Therefore, simply a variant of the dough, which has always worked well for me. In principle, the ingredients are relatively simple and available in almost every household. One takes (or borrow from the neighbour):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200g white flour<\/li><li>1 tsp salt<\/li><li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li><li>1 dl sparkling mineral water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix everything together into a smooth dough and let it rest ideally for 20-30 minutes. If you are starving, you can skip the 30 minutes. There is no block corruption or anything\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The roasting \/ baking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"283\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.oradba.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_6695.png?resize=283%2C281&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7904 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.oradba.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_6695.png?w=283&amp;ssl=1 283w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.oradba.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_6695.png?resize=150%2C150&amp;ssl=1 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 283px) 100vw, 283px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Then divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each out into a thin patty. To do this, take a rolling pin. If you don&#8217;t have one, you can use an empty and clean beer, wine or whiskey bottle from the night before \ud83e\udd2a. You can then briefly bake the patty in a pan without adding oil.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The filling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a filling you can take what every you find in you fridge and fits to a Piadina. Usually you take some cheese (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Parmigiano-Reggiano\" target=\"_blank\">Parmigiano<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pecorino_Romano\" target=\"_blank\">Pecorino<\/a>,\u2026) italian raw ham, arugula, salami, dried tomatos etc&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My Piadina today looks like this<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.oradba.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_6697.png?resize=625%2C532&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7905\" width=\"625\" height=\"532\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.oradba.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_6697.png?w=567&amp;ssl=1 567w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.oradba.ch\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_6697.png?resize=300%2C256&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Piadina always goes well. It also doesn&#8217;t take much more time to prepare than deploying an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oradba.ch\/2020\/12\/how-to-get-an-oracle-21c-database-on-the-oracle-cloud\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7862\">Oracle 21c DB into OCI<\/a>. After enjoying 1-2 Piadina, you are strengthened for a productive and successful afternoon.
